The Apogee work has been completed, but there are some lingering issues in Jefferson Hall and University Apartments Building #2. These remaining issues are expected to be resolved this morning. UMW has received notice from Apogee that they will be performing the following upgrade work to the student ResNet – please plan accordingly. If we receive any additional info from Apogee on this, we will post updates here.

Service Notice
Reason for Upcoming Maintenance: Data network core equipment upgrade
Area Affected: Residence halls at the University of Mary Washington
Maintenance Starts: Tuesday, January 7, 2014 @ 5:00am local time
Maintenance Ends: Wednesday, January 8, 2014 @ 5:00am local time
Details: Apogee technicians will be upgrading the network core. During this maintenance all internet services will be down.
Impact to You: Users can expect to experience service interruption for up to 18 hours during the maintenance window.
