System: VOIP (Voice Over IP) Telephone and Voicemail System
Downtime Begins: Thursday, 6/16/16 – 5:00 PM
Downtime Ends: Thursday, 6/16/16 – 5:10 PM
Impact to you: Between 5:00 PM and 5:10 PM this afternoon, a brief disruption to incoming phone calls from OFF CAMPUS will occur. Starting at 5:00 PM, if you are on a call from outside UMW that dialed you, that call may drop during the downtime window. Any call that you are in progress with that YOU dialed will not be affected.
