Banner and our voice over IP (VOIP) phone system will undergo maintenance this evening. Both systems will experience downtime as detailed below. Please plan accordingly.
- VOIP Phone Maintenance: The Department of Network and Communication Services will perform system maintenance on phones beginning at 5 PM, Friday, November 21. Between the hours of 5 and 6 PM phones will need re-register several times. Any call you might be on during this time could be dropped during the re-registration.
- The Banner PRODUCTION system will be unavailable from 6 PM Friday, November 21 until 6 AM Saturday, November 22 while important maintenance work is performed. Affected components include INB, SSB, and Reporting. This means that actions like registration and student payments through Banner via EagleNet/EaglePay must wait until the maintenance work is completed and the systems are returned to active status.
