As we transition all UMW users to Office 365 Outlook mail, the mailbox sizes are dependent on what system your mail is located in. If you are unsure which system you are using for mail, or need assistance determining the size of your mailbox, contact the Help Desk for assistance.
If you have not been migrated to Office 365, your mailbox is anywhere from 1 GB to 5 GB in size.
If you have migrated to Office 365, your mailbox size is 100 GB.
Your email quota is comprised of:
- Mail Items (Inbox and all user created sub-folders; Junk Mail; Sent Items; Drafts; and Deleted Items that have not been permanently removed).
- Calendar entries.
- Contacts.
- Tasks.
