Every person at UMW gets an email account when they arrive at the University. These accounts are created for you automatically. You must know your NetID and Password to access your UMW email.
Faculty / Staff Email
Faculty and Staff email is based upon Microsoft Exchange. Users have the choice of accessing their email by using client software that resides on their local computer, or by using a browser to connect to a web-based interface. Most Faculty and Staff use Outlook as their email client (on both the PC and the Mac). With web-based software, you can access your email from any computer that has an internet connection.

Student Email
Students also make use of Microsoft by using Windows Live. EagleMail resides at Live@EDU. Live@EDU is a web-based email system offers greater storage capacity and integration with a suite of additional Microsoft products.
