While the UMW and Apogee Internet connections are down for maintenance, availability of systems depends on where you are located. We are hopeful that this work will be completed quickly and with minimal impact, but please plan accordingly.<\/p>\n<p><em>The following applies to everyone:<\/em><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>MyTime and MyTime Mobile will be unavailable.\n<ul>\n<li>Employees using a timeclock should continue to do so.\n<ul>\n<li>The punches are held by the clock. Once system validation is complete, the held punches will populate the timecard.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<li>Employees (including students) working during the downtime, manually document your work times:\n<ul>\n<li>If you have edit capability you will update your timecard after MyTime is restored<\/li>\n<li>Those without edit capability will provide the documented work times to your supervisor, who will update your timecard after MyTime is restored<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<li>The UMW website will be available, but logging in to edit pages will not.<\/li>\n<li>UMW telephones and emergency call boxes are available and unaffected.<\/li>\n<li>No faculty or staff email can be sent or received outside UMW until the connection is restored.<\/li>\n<li>Student email will remain available except if accessing from the Fredericksburg Campus.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><em>If you are accessing systems from off campus:<\/em><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>The following systems are unavailable: Banner INB, SSB, Reporting, Outlook &amp; Webmail for faculty and staff, VPN connections.<\/li>\n<li>Any system that uses UMW Single Sign-On, including MyUMW and Canvas, is unavailable.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><em>If you are on the Fredericksburg Campus:<\/em><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Internet access through Apogee is unavailable.<\/li>\n<li>Banner will be available, but any other system that uses UMW Single Sign-On including MyUMW and Canvas is unavailable.<\/li>\n<li>Access to your email mailbox and calendars is available, however, no outside email can be sent or received until the connection is restored.<\/li>\n<li>Any system or information you access via the Internet is unavailable.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><em>If you are on Dahlgren or Stafford Campuses:<\/em><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Internet connections are NOT affected.<\/li>\n<li>Banner is available, but any other system that uses UMW Single Sign-On including MyUMW and Canvas is not available.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Updates:<\/strong> If needed, updates will be posted to our Twitter feed: (<a href=\"http:\/\/twitter.com\/umwIT\" target=\"_blank\">http:\/\/twitter.com\/umwIT<\/a>)<\/p>\n<p>Thanks for your patience as this work is completed.
