IT Business Office

Under the direction of Charity Hooper, the IT Business Office (ITBO) manages millions of dollars of IT budget and all business aspects of the IT department. In addition, the IT procurement of ETF equipment, infrastructure equipment for IT and/or institutional use, institutional software and hardware maintenances, i.e. Microsoft Campus Agreement, SunGard, etc. and purchases for IT employees/departmental usage. The office also manages the receiving and fixed asset tagging and inventory of Capital Projects related IT equipment, all computers and network printers. This office works closely with IT Support Services to manage the institutional inventory of computers.
