Malwarebytes is free software that can remove malware, viruses, and other malicious programs from your computer. To download and run Malwarebytes do these steps:

1. Go to www.malwarebytes.org/mbam-download.php
   
   
2. Click Download Now and save the file to your computer. When the download completes, double click the setup file mbam-setup-x.xx.x.xxxx.exe. The x dictates version numbers and will change periodically. Click Run, and select your preferred language. You should now be at the beginning of the setup wizard.
   
3. Click Next.
   
4. Click I accept the agreement and then click Next.
   
5.  Click Next.
6.  Choose the destination you want the software installed, and click Next.
7. Name a Start Menu folder, select the default, or check the box for Don’t create a Start Menu folder, and then click Next.
8. Select whether you want additional icons by checking the boxes listed and then click Next.
9. Confirm that the settings are correct and then click Install.
10. Click Finish to exit setup. Leave the two boxes, Update and Launch, checked.
