Office 2007 at Home

Students:

Students may purchase Microsoft Office 2010 from the University Bookstore for $99.99; Office 2011 (for the Mac) is available from the Bookstore for $79.99.

Faculty and Staff:

Faculty and staff may purchase the license to use Office 2007 / 2010 (PC) or 2008 / 2011 (Mac) at home from the Cashier’s Office for approximately $7.00; after purchasing the license for the software, take your receipt to the Help Desk in the basement of George Washington Hall to pick up a copy of the media for installation on home computers. Faculty and staff who work at the Stafford Campus may purchase the license and obtain the media from Carolyn Chewning.

If you do work at home and decide not to upgrade to Office 2007 / 2010 (PC) or 2008 / 2011 (Mac), it is recommended that you download the converter onto your home computer so you can read Office 2007 / 2010 (PC) or 2008 / 2011 (Mac) files since many of our faculty, staff, and students will be using the later version.
