- Click the Tasks button on the Navigation pane.


- Click the New button on the Standard tool bar.

- Enter the subject.

- In the Start date box select the start date.

- On the Due date box select the due date.

- Set the Status and Priority.


- Enter details in the text box.
- Set a reminder for the task by clicking the Reminder box.

- To make a recurring task, click the Recurrence button in the Options box.

- Select the recurrence pattern, and click OK.

- Click Save & Close.
