Select Recipient from Address Book

  1. Create a new e-mail by clicking File, New, Mail Message.
  2.  A new mail message window will display.  Click the button to open the Address Book window.
  3. The Address Book window will display and appear similar to the image below:

    Note that more than one address book can exist.  A specific address book can be selected by clicking the down arrow within the Address Book field.
  4. After selecting the desired address book, search for the recipients by name.  Once found, click on the desired name, and select the To button to add them to the list.

  5. Repeat the step above until all recipients have been selected.  When finished, click OK.
  6. Next, complete the e-mail, adding a subject to the Subject line and entering the text message as desired.
  7. After the message is completed, click the Send button.
