- Create a new e-mail by clicking File, New, Mail Message.

- A new mail message window will display. Click the
button to open the Address Book window.

- The Address Book window will display and appear similar to the image below:

Note that more than one address book can exist. A specific address book can be selected by clicking the down arrow
within the Address Book field. - After selecting the desired address book, search for the recipients by name. Once found, click on the desired name, and select the To button to add them to the list.


- Repeat the step above until all recipients have been selected. When finished, click OK.

- Next, complete the e-mail, adding a subject to the Subject line and entering the text message as desired.

- After the message is completed, click the Send button.
