- Highlight the e-mail you would like to reply to by clicking on the email message.

- Double-click the message to open it in a new window.

- Click the Reply button.

- The Subject and To fields will already be completed but can be edited if required. Within the To field, you may add more recipients if desired. Within the message block, type your message above the original one.

- After the message is completed, click Send.

- A copy of the reply is saved in the Sent Items folder.
