Notes and Journal

Notes are the electronic equivalent of paper sticky notes. Use notes to jot down questions, ideas, reminders, and anything you would write on note paper.  Journal automatically records actions that you choose relating to the contacts that you choose and places the actions in a timeline view . This section tells you more about how to use these features.
