Use Electronic Business Cards

An electronic business card is created for every contact.

Editing the business card information:

  1. To edit the electronic business card, double-click on the card.  The Contact window will display.
  2. In the Options group, click the Business Card button.
  3. Modify the business card as desired, then click OK.

 

To e-mail the business card to another person:

  1. Right-click on the business card that you wish to send.
  2. Select Send as Business Card.
  3. Enter the recipient address.
  4. Click the Send button.

To add a business card to your contacts folder:

  1. Right-click on the electronic business card received in an e-mail.
  2. Click the option, Add to Outlook Contacts.
  3. Click Save & Close to add the business card to your contacts.
