- Click File, New, Distribution List.

- An untitled Distribution List window will display. Within the Name field, enter a name for the list that you are going to create.

- Click the Add New button .

The Add New Member window will display. - Within the Add New Member window, enter the Display name and the E-mail address. Accept the default for the E-mail type and Internet format. If the member does not exist as an Outlook contact, you may check the Add to Contacts box to create a contact record.

After all entries are completed, click OK.The names of the contacts will display as they are added to the list.

Repeat this step for each contact that you wish to add to the distribution list. - After all entries are completed, click the Save & Close button.
