Backup Contacts to Excel

  1. Select File, then click on Import and Export.

    The Import and Export Wizard window will display.
  2. Select Export to a file, then click Next.
  3. From the file types, select Microsoft Excel 97-2003, then click Next.
  4. You will be prompted to indicate the folder containing the objects to be backed up.  Click Contacts, then click Next.
  5. Indicate the location to which you want to save the backup, then click Next.
  6. Click Finish to export the file.
