Sharing Your Outlook Calendar From the Outlook Client:
- From the Calendar page of your Outlook account, right click on your calendar on the left hand navigation pane and select Share Calendar from the pull down list.

- Type the user with whom you’d like to share your calendar in the To… field. You may also choose to Request permission to view the Recipient’s folder if you wish. Hit the Send button.
- You will receive a prompt to Share Calendar permissions. Click Yes.

- You will receive another pop up indicating that your calendar has been shared. This gives the user Read Only permission to your Calendar.
- If you wish to change the permissions, from the Calendar page of your Outlook account, right click on your calendar on the left hand navigation pane and select Change Sharing Permissionsfrom the pull down list.You will see all users who have permissions to your Calendar as well as the permissions assigned.
- Choose the user whose permissions you would like to change. (Note: you may remove a user’s permissions by simply clicking the Remove button.)

- Under permissions, change the permission level as appropriate. A Reviewer has Read Only rights to the full details of the calendar- a Contributor may create items by default, but you must check the boxes under the Write and Delete Items headings to allow edits and/or deletions to created items.

- Click OK after you have assigned the appropriate permissions.
