Calendar Printing Assistant

Microsoft offers a Calendar Printing Assistant for Outlook 2007 that provides a number of calendar printing templates.  The Calendar Printing Assistant must be downloaded and installed before it can be used.

Downloading and Installing the Calendar Printing Assistant.

Click here to access the Microsoft website from which you can download the Calendar Printing Assistant, then follow the installation instructions below.

  1. Click the Download button to begin the download process.
  2. At the prompt, Do you want to run or save this file?, click Run.
  3. At the prompt, Do you want to run this software?, click Run.
  4. You will be prompted to exit all open programs before continuing with the installation.  Exit any programs that are open, then click Yes to continue.
  5. When prompted, click Click here to accept the Microsoft Software License Terms, then click Continue.
  6. Click Continue. The Calendar Printing Assistant will be installed.

Using the Calendar Printing Assistant.

To access the Calendar Printing Assistant:

  1. Click Start.
  2. Click All Programs.
  3. Select Microsoft Office.
  4. Select Microsoft Tools.
  5. Click Calendar Printing Assistant.

Note:  If desired, you may right-click on the Calendar Printing Assistant and select Create Shortcut to create a shortcut for your desktop.

The Calendar Printing Assistant will open to the current date.  Click on one of the templates within the right column to select a template design for printing.  You can choose from Day, Week, Month, or Year template designs.

To print, select the File option from the task bar and then select Print.  You will be prompted to fill in the date range which you want to include in your printout.
