Quick Access Toolbar

  1. On the task bar, click the arrow beside New, then click Mail Message.

    A new mail window will open.
  2. On the toolbar at the top of the new message window, click the down arrow, Customize Quick Access Toolbar.
  3. Check the commands you want to appear on the Quick Access Toolbar.
  4. Click More Commands to see all available options.
  5. Select the command you want to add from the list and then click Add.
  6. After all desired commands have been selected, click OK.
