- On the task bar, click the arrow beside New, then click Mail Message.

A new mail window will open. - On the toolbar at the top of the new message window, click the down arrow, Customize Quick Access Toolbar.

- Check the commands you want to appear on the Quick Access Toolbar.

- Click More Commands to see all available options.

- Select the command you want to add from the list and then click Add.

- After all desired commands have been selected, click OK.
