Insert Page Break

Page or column breaks control the appearance of your document. You could use page breaks to ensure a table did not break across two pages, or to ensure a section of a document is placed at the top of a page, etc.

To insert a page break:

  1. Click at the location where you want to place a page or column break.
  2. Select Page Break from the Pages Group on the Insert Tab.
