Create Title Page

You can create pages that are unique from others in your document. For example, you can create a Title Page, and omit the page numbers from that page.

To create a title page:

  1. Click at the beginning of your document.
  2. Select Page Break from the Pages Group on the Insert Tab.
  3. Move to the beginning of your document, and type the information that you want to appear on the title page; format it as desired.
  4. Go to the Page Layout tab.
  5. Select the page Page Setup Group. Click on the small arrow at the end of the name of the group.
  6. Select the Layout tab.
  7. Put a in the box “Different First Page” on the Layout tab.
  8. Click on OK.
