You can create pages that are unique from others in your document. For example, you can create a Title Page, and omit the page numbers from that page.
To create a title page:
- Click at the beginning of your document.
- Select Page Break from the Pages Group on the Insert Tab.

- Move to the beginning of your document, and type the information that you want to appear on the title page; format it as desired.
- Go to the Page Layout tab.

- Select the page Page Setup Group. Click on the small arrow at the end of the name of the group.

- Select the Layout tab.

- Put a
in the box “Different First Page” on the Layout tab. - Click on OK.
