Run a Show

To run a show:

1. On the Slide Show tab in the Start Slide Show Group, make a selection about how you want to run the show – from the beginning, from the current slide, or as a custom show.
   
2. If you have not set the timer, you will either press the Enter key or click on your mouse to move to the next slide.
3. To stop the show at any time, press the Esc key.
4. Options during show time:

• In the lower left hand corner of the current slide are four faded icons. If you roll your mouse over them, they become visible. The first icon will take you back to the previous slide.
  
• The next icon will allow to mark your slide with a variety of pens, a highlighter, or use arrows to make special points during the presentation. There is also an eraser to remove the markings you make.
  
• The third icon allows you to choose a slide out of sequence.
  
• The last icon allows you to move forward to the next slide.
  
• Again, to stop the show at any time, press the Esc key.
