Setting a print area defines the print area to your specifications. You can include or exclude rows and columns to be printed. Clearing a print area resets any print region that was created by setting the print area.
To set a print area:
- Highlight the area to print.
- On the Page Layout tab in the Page Setup group, click on the Print Area icon.
- Select Set Print Area.
- Dashed lines will appear on the worksheet showing the print area.
