The Standard Toolbar

The Standard toolbar contains all the basic PowerPoint options and functions, such as opening a new document, save, print, create a new slide, and start a slide show.

To use the Standard toolbar:

  1. The Standard toolbar is located at the top of the PowerPoint window.
  2. Point the mouse at the option you would like to utilize and click it.
  3. Other options may be presented upon clicking.
