Set Program Options

To set program options for your presentation:

1. Select Slide Show on the toolbar.
2. Click on Set Up Show.
3. The Setup Show dialog box will appear.
4. Make your selections.  You can:

• Turn off animations.
• Setup to show at a kiosk.
• Decide if you want to advance your slides manually by clicking or if they will advance automatically after a time you set.
• Only show selected slides from a presentation.
• And more…

To practice your presentation:

1. Select Slide Show on the Toolbar.
2. Click on Rehearse Timings.
3.  A full screen view of your presentation will begin with the first slide. A clock will record the time you spend on each slide and you will have the option to save those timings to run the show automatically in the future.
4. Click Yes to keep timings or click No to discard timings.

To prerecord narration for a presentation:

1. Select Slide Show on the Toolbar.
2. Click on Record Narration.
3. The Record Narrationdialog box will appear.Note: You must have a microphone installed on your computer in order for this feature to work.
