Working with Multiple Presentations

You can have multiple presentations open at the same time. The number of presentations that can be open at one time depends on the amount of RAM (random access memory) that is installed on your computer.

To open multiple presentations:

  1. Select File from the Toolbar.
  2. Click Open.
  3. Navigate to where the file is saved.
  4. Select Open.
  5. Repeat for each presentation that you wish to open.
