Open an Existing Presentation

  1. Open PowerPoint 2008.
  2. Click File.
  3. In the drop down menu click Open.
  4. Select the file where the the presentation is saved and click to open it.
  5. Find the PowerPoint icon that contains the name of the pre-existing presentation and click it.
