Changing Views

When you open PowerPoint 2008 the screen displays in Normal view. To change the screen view of the presentation:

1. At the bottom-left of the PowerPoint window, there are three View buttons: Normal View, Slide Sorter, and Slide Show.
2. Normal View: is the main editing view, where you write, edit and design your presentation.
   
3. Slide Sorter: shows all of your slides at once in thumbnail form.
   
4. Slide Show: this view allows you to view your presentation the way your audience will. You can see how your graphics, timings, movies, font, and transition effects will look during the presentation.
5. To switch between these views simply click on the corresponding view button.
