Prepare a Presentation for Distribution

To prepare a presentation for distribution:

  1. Click the File menu.
  2. Select and click on Save As.
  3. Make sure to save your presentation under the correct file extension.
  4. Different file extensions include:
  •  Word 97-2004 (.doc)  For backwards capability with older Word versions
  • PDF (.pdf) for use with Acrobat Reader
  • Web Page (.html) for easy publishing to the web.
