Add a contact

- Click Address Book, and then click New.

- Type information for the contact. At a minimum, include the contact’s name and e-mail address.

Tip: To include additional information, click More. - Close the Create Contact dialog box.
- Notice that the contact appears in your address book.

Add a picture to a contact
Adding a picture to a contact is one way to customize your address book. Once you add a picture to a contact, all e-mail messages that you receive from that person will include the picture.
Note: To complete this procedure, you have to have a picture to associate with the contact. If you don’t have a picture, you can skip this procedure.
- In the Contacts list, double-click the contact that you created in the last procedure.

- Click the Personal tab.

- In the Finder, browse through your pictures to find the picture that you want to add.

- Drag the picture to the image box.

Tip: To remove the picture, drag the picture from the image box to the Trash. - Close the Contacts dialog box, and then click Save.
- Notice that the contact’s picture appears in the contact header.
