eVa Purchasing – Mac

Per eVA broswer requirements, please use the instructions below to install Firefox 3.6.xx on your Mac.

  1. Verify the version number of the currently installed Firefox application.
  2. Download the appropriate .dmg from this location:
    http://www.mozilla.org/en-US/firefox/all-older.html
  3. Open the .dmg.
  4. Copy the Firefox application to your desktop, NOT to the Applications folder.
  5. Click once on the word “Firefox” to rename the application to “Firefox 3″.
  6. Move the renamed application to the Applications folder.
  7. Both versions of Firefox should now be available. However, only one version can be running at any given time.
