EagleNet Support

EagleNet combines multiple systems in a single interface. As a result, it is not always obvious what a person’s difficulties may be “under the hood” of the application. The trouble is could be with EagleNet itself, with a password, Banner System, Banner Data, installations of Microsoft Office, browsers, or other environments that connect with the EagleNet Portal.

For that reason, the best way to get EagleNet support is to contact the UMW IT Help Desk. Help Desk staff can field questions and, in most cases, have the tools to identify the problem, and assist you directly. If they cannot resolve the issue, they will escalate the issue to the multiple offices managing the applications that are delivered through EagleNet.
