Where is the Help Desk?

The Help Desk is on the Fredericksburg Campus; we’re currently located in the basement of George Washington Hall Room B027.

You can also access the online resources that the UMW IT Help Desk at http://technology.umw.edu/info. There you will find step-by-step guidelines that may help you tackle the problem on your own. Remember, you can always call (540) 654-2255 or contact us via email at HelpDesk@umw.edu should you have problems.
