It appears that calls from outside the university to UMW numbers are not going through.
If you are on campus using a UMW phone, you can currently call the Help Desk at 540-654-1593. Others can send us email at helpdesk@umw.edu or submit a support request from our website: http://technology.umw.edu/helpdesk

The Help Desk is receiving reports from users experiencing issues with their UMW phone. IT staff is investigating the problem.
