Dear Colleagues,
Please be aware that we will be upgrading UMW Blogs over the next 24 hours to WordPress 3.8 as well as bringing all plugins and themes on the system up-to-date. The system may intermittently be unavailable during the upgrade process. We anticipate the system being fully back online no later than noon tomorrow (12/19).
WordPress 3.8 brings a host of new features primarily in the administrative area including an admin interface that works on mobile devices, faster load times for the admin interface, and a new set of color schemes. You can find out more about WordPress 3.8 at http://wordpress.org/news/2013/12/parker/.
When you login the the updated system for the first time, the first thing you will note is that the default color scheme has changed. If you wish to modify the scheme, please go to Users > Your Profile. You will see a selection of palettes that you can choose from.
