IT Support Services – Notice of Maintenance and Brief Downtime
System: Pharos Printing and Software License Servers
Start Time: Thursday, March 3, 10:00 AM
End Time: Thursday, March 3, 5:00 PM
Impact to You: Several servers will receive maintenance tomorrow that should result in very short (15 minutes) downtime for printing in labs, classrooms and Cloud Printing. This 15 minute downtime will occur sometime within the maintenance times specified above.
Also, specific software applications that require connection to License Servers will also experience this brief downtime. These include ArcGIS, Mathematica, SPSS, QT Modeler, MatLab, Ingenious, Geomatica, Trimble and Photoplay. Again, downtime for each should be only 15 minutes.
